Making an Appointment to see Dr Kimberley Sleeman
Once you are seeking fertility advice, your first step will be to get a referral from your GP.
You can make an appointment to see Dr Sleeman by calling 03 5021 4404 and simply bring your referral with you.
Your referral will allow you to claim a rebate from Medicare.
It is important to know a referral from a GP is valid for 12 months. A referral from a specialist will only remain valid for 3 months.

Dr Sleeman together with Mildura Women’s Clinic offers a wide range of specialist services addressing Women’s Health Care, as a result will be provided with the best care possible.
At your first appointment, Dr Sleeman will assess you and organise any tests if required. You will have an opportunity to discuss your circumstance with a fertility specialist.
Any previous history will be reviewed. If you have the results of relevant tests performed prior to seeing Dr Sleeman, it would be advisable to bring them with you.
